Management Company “Adamant” is a part of the Holding “Adamant” and exercises functions of centralized control, operation, maintenance, engineering, economic and advertising services for shopping and entertainment centers. Besides, the Management Company engages in concept development of new shopping and entertainment centers at their design stage and in brokerage of all shopping and entertainment centers of the Holding as  well.

At present MC “Adamant” comprises the major chain of  the following 25 shopping and entertainment centers in St.Petersburg: SC Akademicheskiy, SC Aerodrome,  SC Balkaniya NOVA, SEC Balkanskiy (incl. Balkansky–1), SC Baltiyskiy, ESC Varshavskiy Express, SEC Zanevskiy Kaskad -1, SEC Zanevskiy Kaskad-2, SC Zvezdniy, SEC  Kontinent at Baikonurskaya, SEC Kontinent at Zvezdnaya, SEC Kontinent  at Stachek, SEC "Ligov", SEC Mercury, SC Moskva, SEC Nevskiy, SC Nevskiy Atrium, SEC Nord, SC Ozerki, SC  Prizma (Osinovaya rosha, Novoe Devyatkino), Discount-center Radius, SC Zvenigorodsky.Total area of SEC exceeds 890 thousand sq. m

Also now in the phase of construction and design there are 6 projects with total area of  450 thousand  sq. m, such as: SEC Bukharestskiy, SEC Zvenigorodskiy, SEC  Kontinent  at Zvezdnaya, SEC Zanevsky Kaskad (phase 3), SEC  Mezhdunarodniy, SEC Balkania NOVA (phase 2), SEC Skandinavia.
