Mall «Balkanskiy», which has been very popular with citizens of
Saint-Petersburg for a long time, is being expanded and improved.
Soon building of a new shopping-entertainment
pavilion (Litera «I») that will be located at the place of former
pavilion «Kubik» is to start. In the new pavilion there will be
numerous shops, cafés and a parking. Upper floors will be given to a
modern office centre.
Also in the new pavilion the opening of second (in
the city) centre of active sport goods «ActiveSport-Centre-2» is
planned. The first centre operates successfully in SEM «Merkury» on ul.
Savushkina 141. «ActiveSport-Centre» will accommodate brand active
sport clothes and shoes’ shops, salons selling sports equipment,
fishing goods and motor-equipment.
