The multifunctional shopping mall “Balkania NOVA” is located in the
southern part of St. Petersburg, near the metro and railroad station
“Kupchino”. 
In December 2006 the first stage of the mall was completed. Several
major stores opened at once their doors for visitors: a hypermarket of
electronics "M. Video", a supermarket of household merchandise
“Domovoy”, a perfumery salon ‘Rive Gauche”, a hypermarket of goods for
children “Lukomoriye”. Soon afterwards, shops Axara, Savage, Promod,
Befree, Diplomat, Polking selling clothes and footwear were opened as
well as the jewellery salon “14 Karat”, salon of watches “Maksitaim”,
the Restaurant “Yevraziya”.
The coffee shop “Shokoladnitsa” can be
found in the atrium of the complex. A spacious parking has been
designed near the mall. After the second stage is opened, the visitors
of the mall “Balkania Nova” will appreciate a new shopping gallery, a
food hypermarket, an entertainment centre including a multiplex cinema,
a family amusement park, a bowling club, a fitness centre and the food
court “Restoranny Dvorik”.
The total area of the shopping complex after the second stage is opened will amount to 66,000 m².à.
