Holding Adamant Company was ranked with Big Three owners of retail real estate in Russia by InfoLine Developer Russia Top-100 Rating

According to rating data of InfoLine Developer Russia Top-100 published
by Commersant news-paper, IKEA (2,112 mln. sq.m of retail property),
Tashir Group (1,19 mln. sq.m of retail property) and Holding Adamant
(799.8 thousand sq.m of retail property) became the major owners of
retail real estate in Russia 2011. Meantime as before the Holding
Adamant remains a leader of the retail real estate market in
St.Petersburg, covering 20.8% of the market (by estimate of Knight
Frank St.Petersburg).
It is worthwhile noting that in the next 2-3 years the Holding Adamant
is going to put into operation a few projects more oriented to shopping
and entertainment with total area about 460,000 sq.m.
