The Holding company “Adamant” paid off the bond issue series number 02 amounted 240’639’000 rubles in time.

On the 20-th of May the bond issue series number 02 of Adamant-Finance Ltd. has been paid off to the amount of 240’639’000 rubles (240’639 bonds, 1000 rubles par value each).
Simultaneously the last 16 coupon yield on the given bonds amounted 9’599’089, 71 has been paid off, the rate ruling for the given period was 16% per annum, equivalent to 39, 89 rubles per bond.

The total volume of bond issue series 02 amounts 2’000’000’000 rubles.
From the date of bond issue by Adamant – Finance Ltd. three put dates 20.11.2008, 21.05.2009 and 19.11.2009 have been successfully passed through.

For the period as from the bonds issue date (16 coupon periods) there were paid off
a coupon yield to the total amount of 817’721’150 rubles. The surety of Adamant-Capital Ltd.
serves as a security for the given bond issue.
