Adamant – Finance Ltd. (SPV-company of holding “Adamant’) has paid off in full the yield on the 15-th coupon bonds series number 02 amounted RUR 9 mln.599,1 thousand. As it is reported by the obligator today is the maturity date of the coupon. Coupon rate was fixed as of November 3, 2009 at 16% per annum. Income level per security paper under coupon is RUR 39, 89.

Issue of bonds series 02 of Adamant – Finance Ltd in volume RUR 2 billion was floated on stock exchange MMVB on the 25-th of May 2006. In total under open subscription the company has floated 2 mln bonds par value RUR 1000 each. Maturity of bonds is 3 years.
