Holding company «Adamant» has become a winner of Annual CRE Saint-Petersburg Awards 2009 in three nominations

On 19 June 2009 winners of CRE Awards Saint Petersburg 2009 and CRE Federal Awards 2009 were recognized at the gala awards ceremony. The objects, which are the best in their category and meet modern requirements in the development of commercial real estate, become annually the award winners. During several months the members of professional jury, which is made up of the leading field experts, have been choosing the worthiest contenders among the objects of commercial real estate built and put in operation in 2008. Also during competition the best companies are honored with professional awards, including «Developer of the Year», «Consultant of the Year», «Architect of the Year» and others. It is pleasant to mention that this year’s competition has brought to Holding company «Adamant» a victory in three nominations at once: «Multifunctional Mall» (MFM «Moscow»), «Small Shopping Mall» (SM «Prisma») and «Developer of the Year». The victory in the Award is seen by a professional community as an important achievement and encourages the promotion of the company’s image at Russian and international level. «A Golden Brick», which symbolizes «a golden contribution» in the foundation and construction of a building, is an official prize of the Award.
