19 October 2010 Holding Company Adamant has reached 18 years from the date of its foundation.
The Adamant company incorporated in 1992 has started its activity with installation of one store at the 8-th Sovetskaya street. Soon after a few stores more were open in St.Petersburg. In 1994 shopping and entertainment centre Balkanskiy, one of the first shopping centers of the city, was launched.
The company made steady progress developing new and new directions of its activities in the sphere of construction, production and services. By 2005 the Holding has already included a number of shopping and entertainment centers, restaurants, hotels and recreation facilities, beauty salons, factories, manufacturing complexes, its own architectural studio and project bureau. In subsequent years the Adamant company became an upswing one as for several years there were open a few at once shopping and entertainment centers practically in all districts of St.Petersburg.
Today Adamant is the biggest commercial and industrial holding of St. Petersburg that involves a network of shopping and entertainment centres, chain of household product stores Domovoy, medical clinic, its own furniture production facilities, one of the large-scale glass companies in Europe - Rossiyskaya Stekol’naya Kompaniya (Russian Glass Company), restaurants, beauty salons, the major advertising agency, project and architect’s offices, construction organizations, department of mechanization and other facilities in different business areas. Totally the Holding company amalgamates more than 50 subdivisions and enterprises with more than 7000 employees.

The company “Adamant” has participated in the formal celebration of the Builder’s Day.
The event took place in August 5, 2010 in the Ice Stadium. The guests of
the holiday were the representatives of this respected profession
rewarded with State and Departmental awards on Merits in the sphere of
construction industry for different periods of time. From the stage of
Ice Stadium the builders were congratulated by the governor of St.
Petersburg, Mrs. Valentina I. Matvienko, and other representatives of
the city’s Administration. Yesterday the representatives of the
thousands building companies of our city, more than 9000 persons, acted
as participants. For the guests of the event there was a show of such
Russian stars as Oleg Gazmanov, Larisa Dolina, Alexander Malinin, Stas
Pyekha and others.

The Holding company “Adamant” paid off the bond issue series number 02 amounted 240’639’000 rubles in time.
On the 20-th of May the bond issue series number 02 of Adamant-Finance Ltd. has been paid off to the amount of 240’639’000 rubles (240’639 bonds, 1000 rubles par value each).
Simultaneously the last 16 coupon yield on the given bonds amounted 9’599’089, 71 has been paid off, the rate ruling for the given period was 16% per annum, equivalent to 39, 89 rubles per bond.
The total volume of bond issue series 02 amounts 2’000’000’000 rubles.
From the date of bond issue by Adamant – Finance Ltd. three put dates 20.11.2008, 21.05.2009 and 19.11.2009 have been successfully passed through.
For the period as from the bonds issue date (16 coupon periods) there were paid off
a coupon yield to the total amount of 817’721’150 rubles. The surety of Adamant-Capital Ltd.
serves as a security for the given bond issue.
