“Adamant-Project” is one of key divisions of the Holding “Adamant” and specializes in integrated design, specifications writing and organization of design and survey works for residential and public buildings of various applications:
- shopping and entertainment centers;
- hotels;
- apartment houses;
- sport and recreation centers, swimming pools;
- industrial facilities.
Adamant-Project acts as a general designer, works out a project of any degree of complexity in main areas of activity: general lay-out, architectural, structural, technology concepts, maintenance engineering, environmental measures, ensuring fire safety, construction arrangement, technical and construction design supervision.
Adamant-Project comprises the following divisions:
- Department of Design Project Management
Its main functions are to provide specification writing assistance, survey works arrangement, performance management of design documentation, approval of documentation and expertise management, maintenance under construction and substantial completion;
- Department of Maintenance Engineering
Its main functions are to get specification, to conclude contracts of connection, to organize
off-site utilities designing, to provide coordination with Engineering Services of the city;
- Design Department (Design Studio)
Its main functions are to execute design plans and specifications and technical documentation
as well. Design works are performed in accordance with Certificate of Conformity
with standard GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000). The department is headed by one
of the leading architects of St. Petersburg, Mr. V.M. Fraifeld
