Close JSC Adamant involves a number of Directorates engaged in contract management and administration of the project included into the holding structure. The structure of JSC Adamant comprises the Prospective Development Directorate; two Construction Directorates headed by General Manager in charge of Construction of the holding “Adamant”, Mr. I.V. Putenikhin, a well-known builder of St. Petersburg; Directorate for  Investment Projects and Capital Construction; Directorate for Engineering Support and Special Works. Actually all projects realized by the holding “Adamant” has been created with direct participation of professional employees of Close Joint Stock Company. It’s important to note that one of the purposes of  building company “Adamant” is to develop a building activity of the Holding including housing sites prospecting and their official registration.
